Dr Justine Boscaglia
With a Masters in Osteopathic Medicine from Victoria University, Dr Justine Boscaglia has treated thousands of patients over a career spanning two decades in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.In 2024, we saw the grand opening of Integrate Health and Wellness in Fawkner, the new venture in Melbourne’s Northern suburbs, our second location to the existing Whittlesea clinic.
Justine herself specializes in treating spinal conditions, particularly necks, postural complaints and headaches. Also, a certified and practicing Pilates and Yoga instructor where you’ll find her teaching online at the Dr Juz membership site. She continues her study to this day, having completed her certificate in Applied Positive Psychology in 2022. Justine looks forward to implementing more of these concepts and practices in her treatment approach towards pain management and her patients flourishing towards wellness.
Justine looks forward to managing and treating patients in Whittlesea and Fawkner, mentoring the next generation of talented practitioners, and being of service to the incredible community’s in Melbourne’s north and outer north.

Dr Kate Davies
Kate is a caring, compassionate, and inclusive osteopath who enjoys treating a range of conditions. She strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment where people feel safe and supported throughout their care.
Kate takes a holistic person-centred approach to treatment, looking at the whole body to identify and treat the root cause of pain and dysfunction. She uses a range of manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription, in addition to providing education and empowering individuals to play an active role in their recovery. Kate seeks to understand each person’s perspective about their health and enjoys working with them to develop a tailored management plan to reach their goals.
Kate graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Health Science in Osteopathy. While studying, she assisted teaching clinical skills to first year osteopathy students. Kate has experience working as a sports trainer, and she has completed further studies in dry needling and cupping.
When not at the clinic, Kate enjoys training in circus skills, which is what initially drew her to osteopathy. She is interested in psychology, and as a lifelong learner, is passionate about furthering her osteopathic knowledge through education and research.

Dr Keely Henderson
Dr Keely is an Osteopath with a robust background in track and field. Keely always had a passion for competitive sport which began at the ripe age of 5 years old where she started little Athletics. Her dedication and commitment to professional sprinting has resulted in being a two time Stawell Gift finalist.
Dr Keely firmly believes in the proactive philosophy that injury prevention outweighs the need for injury management. Given her own experience with serious injury and its impact on performance first hand, she has a desire to educate young athletes and the importance of understanding a holistic approach for optimal performance.
Dr Keely recognises the interconnectedness of physical health, mental well-being and performance optimization and the pivotal role Osteopathy plays in this.
Equally, Keely enjoys offering treatment to those who find themselves sitting at a desk all day behind a computer and suffering with neck pain, tight shoulders and headaches related to postural strains. She employs targeted techniques to address musculoskeletal imbalances, promoting better posture and alleviating the root causes of headaches.
Her approach focuses on restoring balance to enhance overall well-being and reduce discomfort.

Dr Maddison Bastian
Maddison graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) and has completed further training as a Pilates Instructor through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.Maddison was drawn to osteopathy through a longstanding interest in the human body and helping others be well. She listens attentively as patients share their experience and works with each individual to determine the best approach to take for their health. Maddison believes healing involves more than just treating the site of pain and will assess each patient holistically to determine which areas may require treatment.
Maddison enjoys working with all patients but has a particular interest in treating women’s health complaints, including postpartum and pregnancy-related complaints. She uses a combination of osteopathic treatment techniques, patient education, and self-management strategies to support her patients in improving their health.
Maddison took the opportunity to develop her osteopathic practice further by travelling overseas to work as an Osteopath in Canada.
Outside of her professional life, Maddison is mum to twin babies, an experience that has greatly deepened her understanding of pregnancy and postpartum issues.

Dr Sophie Todman
Sophie graduated from RMIT University with a Double Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences/Applied Sciences (Osteopathy).
She moved from Launceston, Tasmania to Melbourne, Victoria in 2015 to pursue her studies and has since found home within the northern suburbs and surrounds.
Sophie allows the time to listen to her patients, and treats the whole patient, taking into consideration all factors of a persons wellbeing that may influence pain. Her choice of hands-on techniques usually involve dry needling, soft-tissue massage, stretching and mobilising techniques such as muscle energy technique, articulation, and HVLA.
Sophie shares a passion of both women’s health advocation and maintaining functionality in the ageing demographic.
Her extra professional development in Clinical Pilates training allows her to support her patient’s outside the treatment room and guide them back into pain-free movement and function.

Emily Walsh
Emily Walsh is our Remedial and Relaxation massage therapist. She is passionate about facilitating wellbeing and optimal function in both humans and horses, she brings a unique perspective as an Equine Myofunctional Therapist and has seamlessly transitioned her skills and expertise into the realm of human care.She is passionate about nurturing the body’s innate ability to heal by addressing the nervous system via her body work. Evidence does suggest massage therapy can have a positive impact on your nervous system by reducing levels of stress hormones like cortisol. Studies have also shown that massage can help alleviate symptoms of conditions such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain and insomnia, all of which are influenced by your nervous system.
With Emily’s focus on holistic wellness, her treatments aim to restore balance, alleviate tension and promote overall health and vitality.

Angie Bergin
Angie is a qualified remedial massage therapist and is passionate about holistic approaches to health and wellbeing and the healing benefits of massage therapy, she considers massage to be an essential treatment and beneficial to the overall health of her clients. Her focus is on reducing muscle tension and pain as well as restoring balance and a calming effect on the nervous system.
Ange believes in the importance of taking time out to nurture the mind and body, whether you were after a more targeted treatment focusing on a specific problem area or wanting to unwind, decompress and uncover a sense of calm, ease and wholeness.
Ange offers a whole-body approach to wellness, connecting her clients back to their bodies, striving towards balance, ease and optimal states of health and wellbeing.

Dr Maysa Rabah
Maysa is a dedicated and passionate Osteopath who completed a Bachelor of Health Science/ Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) at RMIT University. She has also completed further studies in massage and cupping therapy as well as dry needling.
Maysa has gained significant experience in managing acute and chronic conditions through working as a Sports Trainer and participating in Chronic Pain and Rehabilitation clinical placements. Maysa also has extensive experience working as a Massage and Cupping therapist whilst completing her studies. She expresses a special interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions including headaches, migraines, sports injuries and chronic pain management.
Maysa treats with a holistic, patient-centred approach to healthcare. She accentuates the importance of having a safe environment for all patients and encourages health-promoting behaviours to help patients achieve their optimal health. She strives to deliver personalised care that is tailored to the individual’s unique needs, ensuring that her patients feel empowered, educated and in control of their health journey.
Maysa utilises a variety of treatment modalities including osteopathic techniques, cupping, dry needling and exercise prescription to not only treat the symptoms but also treat the cause of pain.
Outside of work, you will find Maysa planning her next travel adventure, spending time with family and friends or trying a new cuisine.
